The best time to renew your subscription to Club Manager (Handicap System, Tournament Manager and Website Designer) is once you're inside the 60-day window leading up to your renewal/expiration date. For example, if your renewal/expiration date is March 15, 2023, you will enter the 60-day window on January 13, 2023. The payment window will look like Figure 1.

Making renewal payment


  1. Go to your ______.golfclub.net website and sign in as an administrator.
  2. Click the Administer button.
  3. Click the Account icon.
  4. Click the "Overview / Purchase" link.
  5. Enter the number of golfers for the upcoming subscription period (see arrow in Figure 2 below).

  6. Once you enter the number of golfers, click on "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" button or "Pay with Check" button.
  7. Follow the payment prompts.


Verify your payment


Once you have made your payment, you can go back to the payment page and click on the button at the bottom labeled, "See payment history..."
